Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager based in Spain to lead hands-on execution for a major European automotive marketplace. You will work with an international team to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and delivery plans, spanning discovery to launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, QA and stakeholders in an execution-focused role, maintaining momentum and backlog while aligning with Toronto ET overlap for daily coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management with hands-on delivery.
• Experience at two or more companies in product roles.
• Experience on e-commerce or consumer digital platforms.
• Strong collaboration with software engineering in Agile environments.
• Ability to convert ambiguous needs into structured requirements and stories.
• Proven stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with overlap in Toronto Eastern Time daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day product execution for Unified Web and Digital Retail.
• Gather, clarify, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product backlog and prioritize work for delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, identify gaps, and communicate decisions.
• Support agile delivery: sprint planning, demos, and release readiness.
• Coordinate post-launch follow-up to measure outcomes and opportunities.
• Use analytics and business context to balance priorities.
