You will own end-to-end workflows, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, across Germany, Spain, France and Portugal, focusing on native, intuitive user experiences that reduce friction and boost conversions.

Qualifications

• Targeted Experience: A Mid-Senior Product Designer with a proven track record in e-commerce or large-scale transactional platforms.
• Ability to balance localised user expectations with global business goals.
• Strong skills in designing end-to-end user experiences for multi-market platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes for four European markets.
• Synthesize behavioural data and market research to identify root causes of friction in checkout funnels.
• Apply the 80/20 principle to structure design iterations within tight release schedules.
• Ensure scalable, locally adapted design within a global Design System.
• Lead agile research initiatives to validate assumptions before engineering begins.
