MediaMarktSaturn Technology in Barcelona seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the UX and UI direction for Retail Media across web and app. You will translate customer needs and business goals into clear, valuable product experiences.

This hands-on role covers discovery through delivery, shaping design systems and AI-enhanced workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, consistency and customer value. Hybrid work arrangement in Barcelona is available.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.
• Broad understanding of the full Product Design process from discovery to delivery.
• Experience designing digital products across web and app.
• Strong skills in user-centred design, interaction design, usability and prototyping.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of product KPIs, conversion and business value.
• Experience with user research, ideation, workshops and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to explain design decisions and defend them, while remaining open to feedback.
• Good understanding of accessibility and design systems.
• Proactive and independent working style with ability to create structure.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop the UX and UI perspective for Retail Media across web and app.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives and partner requirements into clear product experiences.
• Work with data, product KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing and solution validation.
• Lead ideation activities and facilitate workshops with product, business, technology and partner stakeholders.
• Shape ideas and requirements from discovery to delivery.
• Create clear concepts, user flows, interaction designs and prototypes where appropriate.
• Support the preparation, creation and refinement of product tickets and other delivery artefacts.
• Contribute to planning, prioritisation, refinement and the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Work closely with the product teams where Retail Media solutions are presented and used.
• Represent the customer perspective in product and business discussions.
• Build constructive relationships with stakeholders with different priorities.
• Ensure solutions are usable, accessible, consistent and aligned with the wider digital experience.
• Contribute to design systems development and the responsible use of AI in design and product development.
