MediaMarktSaturn Technology is seeking an (Senior) UX/UI Designer – Digital Products to craft intuitive experiences across web, app and internal tools. You’ll apply Lean UX, iterate quickly and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data/AI to validate ideas with data and user feedback.

Depending on experience, you may grow into a senior role with ownership, stakeholder alignment and mentoring responsibilities. Location: Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• Several years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design, complex flows and visual clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process for selected digital products from discovery to delivery.
• Apply Lean UX: iterative steps, lightweight artefacts, quick validation with users and data.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to understand needs and align on success metrics.
• Design user journeys, flows and interactions across web, app and tools to ensure coherence and accessibility.
