Job summary

DocMorris AG is expanding its PromoFarma by DocMorris team to shape core platforms across Germany, Spain, France and Portugal. You will drive end-to-end design for localized ecommerce experiences, balancing regional user expectations with global business goals.

The role demands a Mid-Senior Product Designer with strong UX craft, capable of delivering high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior Product Designer with proven track record in ecommerce or large-scale platforms.
• Experience balancing localised UX with global business goals.
• English proficiency required; Spanish/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes for four European markets.
• Synthesize data and research to identify friction in regional shopping and checkout funnels.
• Deliver designs within tight release schedules and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure designs scale via the global Design System across geographies.
• Lead agile research to validate assumptions before engineering starts.
