MediaMarktSaturn Technology in Barcelona seeks a (Senior) UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences across web, app, and internal tools. You will apply Lean UX, produce wireframes and prototypes, and work with Product, Engineering and Data/AI to ship data-informed solutions.

You will mentor others, contribute to the design system and help evolve UX practices in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Design, HCI or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design and measurable outcomes.
• Lean UX experience: hypothesis-driven, iterative, data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end UX and UI design for digital products from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to align on goals.
• Create user journeys, flows and prototypes; deliver UI aligned with design system.
• Test ideas with users, synthesize insights and iterate based on data.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design practices across teams.
