Roamless is seeking its first dedicated product analytics hire to design and own experimentation and analytics across the product, app, website, and partner portal. You’ll set up how we measure success, what we test, and how we learn from data, partnering with Elisa and the product, design, and engineering teams.

You’ll build the data culture, enable data-informed decisions, and influence onboarding, pricing, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale.
• Experience setting up experimentation frameworks and analytics practices.
• Proficient in SQL: write complex queries independently.
• Experience creating dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• Strong communicator translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape decisions from ideation to execution.
• Design and run end-to-end A/B tests: hypotheses, sample sizes, results, recommendations.
• Build an experimentation framework from scratch for app, website, and partner portal.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities in PLG metrics.
• Define and track key product metrics and ensure clarity on success measurements.
• Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Foster a data-informed culture within the product team.
