Yazio, a nutrition app serving millions of users globally, seeks a senior analytics leader to manage a squad of analysts and own monetization analytics in a remote-first setup. You’ll balance hands-on work with leadership, shaping data-driven decisions across product and engineering teams.

In this role you’ll ensure data quality, build reusable data products, and guide experiments that optimize conversion and revenue while maintaining a strong data culture across the org.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading analysts in a mobile product squad.
• Strong track record in event tracking, funnel & user journey analysis.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies (Bayesian & frequentist).
• Builds and enforces data quality regimes across ingestion, transformation, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead a small team of analysts embedded in product squads.
• Own monetization analytics and tracking for new features and experiments.
• Maintain data quality standards across data production and reporting layers.
