Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant and Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives in Indirect Material Procurement. You will partner with the Procurement Leadership Team to align priorities and govern key programs across the global organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, support planning and OKR implementation, and lead governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while shaping a data-driven, scalable procurement environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or consultancy services.
• Experience in international projects and cross-cultural environments; SCM experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives and transformation programs across the organization, driving planning, execution tracking, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Support governance structures and strategic roadmaps, while facilitating workshops and alignment meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and governance frameworks, action trackers, and management reporting.
