Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Supplier Quality & Development – Systems to lead a global team of SQD specialists and engineers. You will drive commodity strategies, supplier development, and technology roadmaps across Electrical Systems, collaborating with Strategic Commodity Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective supply chains for a growing product portfolio.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in PM, Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain in heavy industry.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex programs.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to challenge legacy approaches.
• Executive-level communication and cross-cultural collaboration.”

Responsabilidades

• Lead SQD and Development teams to secure high-quality, cost-effective supply chains.
• Collaborate with Strategic Commodity Managers to implement commodity strategies.
• Develop technology roadmaps and drive supplier technical assessments.
• Lead supplier audits and capability assessments for global Systems suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance to Procurement colleagues to overcome supply chain challenges.
