Livensa Living, a leading student and flexible housing operator in Spain and Portugal, seeks a Senior Procurement Performance Manager to drive procurement excellence and digital transformation across an international environment.

You will lead S2P platform implementations, manage external partners, develop dashboards and KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, IT and regional teams to elevate procurement maturity.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Procurement Excellence, Category Management, Procurement Transformation or Strategic Procurement.
• Proven experience participating in or leading Procurement Transformation programmes within multinational organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Procurement Transformation initiatives across processes, governance and digitalization.
• Lead or support the implementation and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms.
• Manage external implementation partners and Procurement BPO providers (e.g. SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Coupa, GEP SMART).
• Drive Tail Spend management strategies and Procurement operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop Procurement dashboards, KPIs and savings reporting to support business decision-making.
• Ensure visibility, governance, compliance and traceability of Procurement activities.
• Support the optimization and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Procurement platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities leveraging AI-enabled Procurement technologies and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, IT and regional stakeholders.
• Lead assigned Procurement initiatives autonomously, defining priorities and driving execution.
• Contribute to the continuous professionalization and maturity of the Procurement function.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Performance Manager to support the strategic evolution and digital transformation of the Procurement function across an international environment.

This role will be instrumental in driving Procurement Excellence through the implementation of digital Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, Procurement transformation initiatives, Tail Spend management, performance analytics, and process optimization.

As the Procurement function continues to evolve, we are looking for a highly autonomous professional with strong ownership, leadership and execution capabilities, able to lead complex transformation projects, influence senior stakeholders and contribute to building a best-in-class Procurement organization.

Main Responsibilities
