Vallum Associates in Spain seeks a Global Sourcing Manager to lead international procurement remotely. You will develop strategies, secure suppliers, and drive cost savings while ensuring supply chain resilience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in global sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP systems (SAP Ariba). English fluent; other languages are a plus. This is a fully remote, globally distributed role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM or related field.
• 7+ years in global sourcing/procurement.
• Proven success in global sourcing strategy development.
• Strong negotiation with international deals.
• Fluency in English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery across categories.
• Identify, assess and onboard new suppliers globally with due diligence and risk assessments.
• Lead international negotiations for pricing, terms, SLAs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and geopolitical factors impacting supply chains.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Finance to align sourcing with product goals.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and ethical sourcing.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
