Korn Ferry is seeking a senior Organizational Strategy professional to deliver end-to-end transformation engagements across global clients. You will design operating models, organizational structures, and governance to enable strategic changes and sustainable impact.

The role requires 7–10+ years of consultancy or HR/OD leadership experience, with a track record of large-scale initiatives, business development, and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree plus substantial (7–10+ years) experience in consultancy or client HR/OD.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts.
• Strong change management and project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage key client accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop business and lead proposals for transformation initiatives and new opportunities.
• Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics.
• Align leadership, structure, talent and culture to strategy.
• Lead and coach client leaders through change and governance processes.
• Define and scope solution architecture for transformation interventions; lead or contribute as needed.
• Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, scope, quality and profitability.
• Build and lead collaborative, development-rich teams and facilitate senior-level discussions.
