Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location operations, handling targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling.

You will lead Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, ensure reliable tracking, and drive ROAS through strategic testing and ongoing account growth while collaborating with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement and pipeline impact.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present narratives.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
