Experian Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Manager to lead and govern complex strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. The role establishes project governance standards, drives portfolio oversight, and ensures successful delivery of transformation programs aligned with Experian's priorities.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale programs, manage executive reporting, and partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of PMO, program or project leadership experience.
• Proven record delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a complex multinational organization.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PMO Manager to lead and govern complex strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. This role will be responsible for establishing project governance standards, driving portfolio oversight, managing executive reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs aligned with Experian's strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills, extensive experience managing enterprise-scale programs, and a proven ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Portfolio & Program Governance

• Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.


• Ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, priorities, and budget commitments.


• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.


• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.


• Drive consistency in project planning, execution, and benefits realization.

Strategic Program Delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs.


• Partner with senior business leaders to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures.


• Facilitate decision-making through clear governance forums and executive-level reporting.


• Ensure effective management of project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.


• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with executive leadership and key business stakeholders.


• Act as a trusted advisor on project delivery, governance, and transformation best practices.


• Prepare and present concise updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.


• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.

Financial & Resource Management

• Track program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.


• Monitor financial performance and project benefits realization.


• Ensure project investments deliver measurable business value.


• Support annual planning cycles and portfolio prioritization processes.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Implement robust risk management and issue resolution processes.


• Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and decision logs.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO function.

Experience and Skills

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.


• 8+ years of project, program, or PMO leadership experience.


• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation, technology, or business change initiatives.


• Experience operating in a complex global or multinational organization.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).


• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent certification.


• Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP, HR, Finance, or technology programs.


• Experience with project portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Smartsheet, or Planview.


• Knowledge of financial services, data, analytics, software, or technology sectors.
