Amaris Consulting is seeking a Regional C-PMO Lead to drive PMO leadership and transformation delivery across regional and international contexts. You will partner with regional and global leaders to ensure visibility, governance and timely decisions across multiple countries and functions.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement and adherence to global frameworks tailored to local realities, with remote-first work and potential international travel.

Formación

• Significant experience in PMO, program management or transformation management in international environments.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, consumer health or regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-country programmes or portfolios.
• Strong governance, delivery management, risk/issue/dependency management.
• Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Hands-on change management and organizational adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic PMO partner for regional business and digital/IT leaders with visibility on portfolio health, priorities, risks and decisions.
• Build and maintain an integrated regional portfolio across multiple countries, functions and workstreams.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations with timely mitigation.
• Drive PMO governance, reporting, stage gates and delivery standards, adapting global frameworks to local realities.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across business, digital/IT, finance, supply chain, and other functions.
• Embed change management and adoption into transformation initiatives with engaged stakeholders.
• Translate complex programme data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders to support decisions.
• Support project managers and stakeholders by sharing best practices and improving ways of working.
• Work across countries, cultures and time zones aligning global objectives with regional execution.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Regional C-PMO Lead in one of our opportunities within the Healthcare & Digital Transformation industry?

Your missions?

• Act as a strategic PMO partner for regional Business and Digital/IT leaders, providing clear visibility on portfolio health, priorities, risks and decisions.
• Build and maintain an integrated regional portfolio across multiple countries, functions and workstreams.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely mitigation and alignment with the global transformation roadmap.
• Drive PMO governance, reporting, stage gates and delivery standards, adapting global frameworks to local realities.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across Business, Digital/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, P&C and other functions.
• Embed Change Management and adoption into transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and new ways of working are effectively adopted.
• Translate complex programme data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and support informed decision-making.
• Support Project Managers and business stakeholders by sharing best practices and continuously improving ways of working.
• Work across different countries, cultures and time zones, ensuring alignment between global objectives and regional execution.

About you?

• Significant experience in PMO, Program Management or Transformation Management within complex international environments.
• Previous experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Consumer Health or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-country programmes or portfolios.
• Strong background in governance, delivery management, risk, issue and dependency management.
• Experience working with and influencing senior Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management and organisational adoption.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in matrix organisations and multicultural environments.
• Professional fluency in English.
• French or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise separation, carve-out or standalone transformation programmes.
• Experience with Data & AI transformation or digitalisation initiatives.
