• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years leading project/PMO or programs.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of strategic projects.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, priorities and budgets.
• Establish and maintain PMO standards, tools and reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance; identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive consistency in planning, execution and benefits realization.
• Oversee delivery of cross-functional programs; define objectives and milestones.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and governance forums.
• Manage budgets, resources and deliverables; support change management.
