Astek Iberia is seeking an IT Product Manager – Finance Forecasting & AI to lead digital products in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector. You will translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and backlog, guiding a multidisciplinary squad across Finance, IT, Data and AI to deliver valuable capabilities.

The role requires a high level of English and experience in product management within complex international environments, with familiarity in Finance forecasting, FP&A and AI-driven

Formación

• Solid experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, ideally in complex international environments.
• Strong knowledge or experience in Finance forecasting, financial planning or FP&A.
• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of advanced analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, business and technology teams.

At Astek, we are looking for an IT Product Manager – Finance Forecasting & AI to join an international project for a leading company in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and evolving digital products within Finance, translating strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and backlog and working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Finance, IT, Data and AI.

High level of English

• Translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and backlog.
• Guide a multidisciplinary squad, ensuring the delivery of valuable and scalable capabilities.
• Work closely with Finance AI, Finance ERP, IT and business teams, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.
• Balance global solutions with local business needs.
• Drive product prioritization and support pragmatic decision-making to accelerate business value.
• Connect investment decisions with business value and manage product budgets.
• Support the development and evolution of Finance capabilities leveraging data, advanced analytics and AI.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

Who are you?
