Job summary

Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join one of our aviation and airline industry clients. You will gather, analyse and document requirements, create epics and user stories, and translate business needs into actionable product delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and help ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions. Knowledge of aviation processes and international projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements analysis and gathering.
• Experience participating in IT projects using Scrum.
• Proven ability to create requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional analysis documentation and business flows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Create and manage requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Elaborate functional analysis documents, business flows and process documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the successful execution of IT projects.
• Contribute to project organisation and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.

Who are you?

• At least 3 years of experience performing requirements analysis and requirements gathering.
• Previous experience participating in IT projects using Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience creating requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to understand business requirements, extract relevant information and produce functional analysis documentation and business flows.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
• High level of commitment and strong teamwork orientation.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Experience in international and multicultural projects.
• Knowledge of aviation, airline or travel-related business processes.
