Elastic is seeking a Product Manager to lead self-service cloud growth, focusing on onboarding and trial experiences to drive successful customer adoption for Elastic Cloud. You will define the vision, partner with engineering, and collaborate across product teams to improve activation and retention for self-service customers.

Ideal candidates have experience with Product Led Growth, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Experience with Product Led Growth and self-service cloud services.
• Data-driven with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth including onboarding and trial experience.
• Prioritize technical investments with engineering leads and set realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams to tailor onboarding flows and trial experiences.
• Drive decision-making on onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.
• Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
• Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms.
