Elastic is seeking a Software Engineer to join the self-service cloud growth team in Madrid. You will own onboarding experiences for self-service users and trials, contributing as a full-stack engineer on backend and frontend features.

Collaborate with PMs and designers to plan, implement, and lead scalable onboarding APIs and agent interfaces. You will work with RESTful APIs, async programming, and modern frontend tech, including React and TypeScript.

Formación

• Proficient in RESTful APIs and async programming.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience deploying software in production.
• Frontend and backend collaboration for onboarding flows.
• Knowledge of React/JS/TS and modern web tech.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/Kibana, DynamoDB is a plus.

• This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud
• Working as a full stack engineer, contributing both to the backend and frontend of the product onboarding and trial experience
• Designing and implementing new scalable features and APIs in our product
• Working closely with PMs and designers to plan and design the features
• Implementing agentic interfaces for onboarding and trial experience
• Collaborate with Elastic solution teams to seamlessly integrate cloud and kibana onboarding flows
• Designing and implementing data evolution strategies to manage schema changes without introducing breaking changes
