Job summary

Plenit seeks a Product Lead for Cloud Services to own the business direction and partner with CEO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. You will define market-driven priorities, pricing, and packaging to grow revenue and profitability across markets.

You’ll translate market insights into product bets, oversee governance with Infrastructure and Engineering, and ensure a simple, valuable experience for partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, strategy, leadership, cloud business, or related roles.
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, hosting, IaaS, virtualization, or related products.
• Solid technical understanding across compute, storage, networking, security, or automation.
• Experience owning product area including market strategy, pricing, packaging, or revenue.
• Strong link between product decisions and business outcomes.
• Experience working with customers/partners and turning feedback into strategy.
• Ability to operate with CEO-level stakeholders and deeply technical teams.
• Fluent English and professional working Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and business strategy for Plenit's Cloud Services portfolio aligned with CEO targets.
• Translate commercial targets into concrete product, pricing, packaging, and GTM initiatives.
• Understand economics: revenue, margins, adoption, churn, profitability across markets.
• Identify where Plenit should compete and differentiate to simplify the offering.
• Work with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations to drive growth.
• Define clear product bets and priorities for engineering and infrastructure squads.
• Provide market context, customer insight, and success criteria to team leads.
