Kraken seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the Kraken Pro onboarding journey end-to-end, from landing to first trade. You will obsess over funnels, reduce friction, and craft trusted experiences that excite crypto traders.

You’ll define onboarding milestones, measure success with clear metrics, and translate insights into shipped improvements that drive activation. Working with Design, Data, Engineering and Marketing, you’ll leverage AI to surface friction points, personalize paths, and

4+ years of product management experience with onboarding/activation/growth UX.
Strong product sense for user experience and trust-building.
Data fluency: define metrics, analyze funnels, act on data.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer-first mindset and curiosity about users.
Fluent with AI tools for data analysis and personalization.
Passion for crypto and trading.

Responsabilidades

Own the Kraken Pro onboarding experience end-to-end from landing to first trade.
Identify friction, optimize funnels, and drive UX improvements.
Understand Pro customers and tailor onboarding to their needs.
Live in onboarding data to pinpoint high-leverage opportunities.
