Payward Services, the team behind Kraken, is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own end-to-end roadmaps for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs). You will work closely with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Finance to translate roadmap priorities into scalable, regulated products.

You will drive cross-functional execution, get hands-on with product flows, and ensure regulatory requirements are embedded from concept through launch.

Formación

• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and shipping B2B/B2C offerings.
• Direct hands-on experience implementing KYC either in-house or via a provider.
• Experience managing platform products (APIs, shared infra) in regulated contexts.
• Comfort working with Engineering on technical details and roadmap execution.
• Strong understanding of how regulation shapes product decisions in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs).
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering, drive from concept to launch and iteration.
• Hands-on with product flows to identify bottlenecks and scale in a regulated environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Finance to ship products.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to bake regulatory checks into design and build processes.
