Kraken is seeking a seasoned Crypto community manager to engage with traders and enthusiasts across Discord, Telegram, X, and Reddit, turning conversations into actionable insights.

You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced crypto environment, build an ambassador program, run AMAs and live sessions, and relay community feedback to product teams.

Formación

• 3+ years running community or social for a tech product.
• Crypto, fintech, or dev tools experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate without a brief and move quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in live conversations across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit.
• Be fastest voice in market events and updates.
• Build an ambassador and power-user program.
• Run AMAs, live sessions, feature launches.
• Feedback loop with Product with receipts.
• Create and publish threads and release notes.
• Demonstrate impact with sentiment and signups.
