Zest Search is seeking a Senior / Lead / Founding Product Manager to shape an enterprise-ready agentic AI platform. This hands-on IC role operates in a forward-deployed model, collaborating with the Head of Product, engineers and enterprise clients to define the platform's evolution.

You’ll own capabilities across security, access controls, integrations and governance, driving pace and reliability for large-scale deployments across Europe or UK remote teams.

Formación

• Experience building complex B2B software for large enterprise customers.
• Experience shipping at pace within a startup or scale-up.
• End-to-end ownership of a platform, automation or workflow product.
• Direct experience with agentic AI or orchestration platforms.
• Experience operating at Senior, Lead, Staff or Principal PM level.
