Contentsquare seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the Voice of Customer (VoC) product within the unified Experience Intelligence platform.

You will partner with an Engineering Manager and a team of engineers, collaborating across Conversation Intelligence, Experience Analytics, and Sense AI to drive discovery and delivery. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-first capabilities, and platform integration across the VoC stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong customer and market research skills.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products.
• Proven roadmap ownership and prioritization across stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making with clear metrics.
• Ability to partner with designers and engineers.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with remote/international teams.
• VoC, surveys, or qualitative research experience.
• NLP or text analytics background.
• Familiarity with digital experience analytics platforms.
• Track record of cross-product platform integration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the VoC product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize work to deliver coherent, end-to-end capabilities.
• Lead discovery with user research and data to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams.
• Partner on AI-first evolution with Sense AI and related teams.
• Communicate progress and impact to stakeholders and executives.
