Glovo Group in Spain is seeking an Agent Manager to lead how our agent teams operate and how we define, measure and improve assortment quality across a catalog of +10 million products. You will build the Enrichment framework that turns agent capacity into a faster, more accurate catalog seen by millions of users daily, while coordinating with hub Leads and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

Act as Agents Manager: oversee all agents across hubs, coach them and coordinate day-to-day follow-up with hub Leads.
Define metrics per agent and per hub (accuracy, quality, productivity, rework) and report weekly.
Quantify business impact of Agent Hubs, identify savings, and build yearly headcount plan.
Define good assortment per category and run gap analyses with data, tooling, and external sources.
Collaborate with PMs to source external data (GS1, manufacturers, partners) for enrichment.
Deep-dive Product Onboarding to understand how agent quality affects PIM & Catalog.
Own the Enrichment framework: set which product attributes matter and verify data quality.
Increase quantity and quality of product information through automation and AI-assisted enrichment.
Drive cross-functional enrichment projects with Product, Data and local teams.
