Job summary

Glovo Group is seeking a Project Manager for Global Retail Partnerships in Spain. You will build performance tools, insights, and project structures to support growth across multiple countries, partnering with Strategy, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.

You will analyze partner performance, develop scalable dashboards, and own onboarding materials for regional teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in fast-paced environments such as startups or consulting.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) and BI tools experience.
• Strong ability to structure complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical engine behind strategic global partnership projects (Masterplan, Business Plan, Target Setting).
• Dig into partner and category performance to shape strategy and growth.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for global partners and internal stakeholders.
• Design and build tools for regional and local teams across countries.
• Own and maintain onboarding materials and knowledge base for the Retail team.
• Design and maintain performance tracking tools to measure success and spot risks.
