Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Quick Commerce Content Excellence to own agent team performance and enrichment strategies for millions of products. You will define metrics, coach hub teams, and quantify business impact while driving automation and external data sourcing to lift catalog quality at scale.

You will partner with Product, Data, and local teams to optimize onboarding flows, set category standards, and deliver measurable improvements in assortment

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, quality programs, content/catalog operations or vendor (BPO) management in a tech or e‑commerce environment
• Proven track record designing operating models and documentation (SOPs, playbooks, SLAs, QA sampling, escalation workflows) for non‑expert or outsourced teams
• Strong analytical skills: able to build performance metrics per agent and per hub, read large‑scale data outputs and link quality work to business impact, without necessarily writing code
• Structured problem‑solver: able to decompose ambiguous goals into clear workstreams with measurable milestones
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders (Category, Product, Data, local teams) without direct authority
• Experience with Salesforce
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Own how our agent teams work and how we define, measure and improve assortment quality across a catalog of +10 million products
• Define performance metrics per agent and per hub (accuracy, quality, productivity, rework) and report weekly
• Quantify the business impact of the Agent Hubs, identify potential savings and build the yearly headcount plan
• Identify tasks that can be automated or AI‑assisted and source external data (GS1, manufacturer data) to improve data quality
• Define what good assortment means per category and collaborate with other PMs to drive enrichment
• Run end‑to‑end onboarding flow analysis to identify systemic issues and unblock improvements
• Oversee enrichment framework: determine market‑relevant attributes and ensure agent output meets standards
• Increase product information quality through automation and compare outputs with agent quality
• Lead cross‑functional enrichment projects with Product, Data and local teams
