Foundever is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to own our cloud-native observability ecosystem and core developer platform capabilities. You will design, scale, and automate multi-tenant telemetry, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code, collaborating with the Tech Lead in an Agile environment.

Proficiency with Grafana, ArgoCD, Terraform, and AI-assisted development tools is highly valued.

Formación

5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
Experience running, troubleshooting, scaling, and maintaining workloads (StatefulSets/Daemons).
Hands-on with LGTM Observability Stack: Loki, Mimir/Prometheus.
Experience with telemetry collectors (Grafana Alloy/OpenTelemetry).
Experience with multi-cluster deployments declaratively via ArgoCD.

Responsabilidades

Design, operate, and scale multi-tenant observability stack on Kubernetes.
Configure and maintain telemetry ingestion with Grafana Alloy/OpenTelemetry.
Manage platform deployments declaratively using ArgoCD.
Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform and packaging with Helm.
Support shared platform services including IAM integration with Keycloak and Backstage onboarding.
Monitor platform health, set up alerting and SLOs, manage telemetry data retention.
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
