SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Cloud DevOps Engineer to design and evolve the cloud infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

You will work across AWS/Azure, optimize Kubernetes workloads, and build robust CI/CD pipelines while implementing Infrastructure as Code and security-by-design practices. You will collaborate with backend engineers to improve deployment patterns, reliability, and observability across distributed systems, ensuring high availability and scalable

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure; experience with both is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of containerization and distributed systems in production.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI or similar.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and other observability tools.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to improve deployment patterns and runtime reliability.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve operational efficiency.
