Agileengine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own our US B2B inbound marketing. You will manage Google Ads, other paid channels, and work with GA4, CRM data, and analytics to optimize the funnel.

You\'ll mentor a PPC specialist, collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops, and explore AI-powered acquisition channels. The role offers flextime with remote and office options.

Formación

• 4+ years of PPC / Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience with US B2B market.
• Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Knowledge of attribution and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven actions.
• Ability to explain results and next steps.
• Experience with testing and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring marketers or interest in people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for US B2B market and generate high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads and others.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze full B2B funnel from traffic to clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and data to identify growth.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops.
• Explore AI tools and new channels for advertising.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor a PPC specialist and support their development.
