AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own performance marketing for the US client market. You will lead Google Ads and other paid channels, mentor a PPC specialist, and drive full funnel analytics. The role spans analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered channels.

You will collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to optimize campaigns and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. Fluency in English and Ukrainian C2 are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Experience with the US B2B market.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market and generate high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage and develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Ops.
• Explore new channels and AI tools including AI/LLM advertising.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor a PPC specialist and support their development.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.
