AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our US B2B paid acquisition. You will own Google Ads and other channels, guide experimentation, and contribute to the sales pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Ops, while mentoring a PPC specialist and growing into a leadership role. You will work across GA4 and CRM data, optimize budgets and targeting, and explore AI-powered channels.

Formación

• 4+ years in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Experience with US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why, and next steps.
• Experience testing and optimizing performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, curious about new channels and tech.
• Mentoring marketers or interest in people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market and generate high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to opportunities.
• Work with GA4, CRM data, dashboards and data for growth.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Ops teams.
• Explore AI tools and new channels for advertising.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor a PPC specialist and grow as a people manager.
