AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid growth for our US B2B market. You will own Google Ads, optimize campaigns, and drive high-quality leads through multiple platforms.

You will mentor a PPC specialist, collaborate with Content/SEO/Analytics, and experiment with AI-powered channels to scale results. Flexibility with remote/office options supported.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers or developing as a people manager.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market, generating high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM, dashboards and data to identify growth.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Ops.
• Explore new channels and AI tools for advertising.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist.
