Job summary

RavenPack is seeking a marketer to own paid campaigns and organic growth in search and AI answers. You’ll split time between performance marketing across search, social, programmatic, and video, and organic growth through SEO and AEO.

This hands-on role requires running campaigns yourself across two motions: sales-led and self-serve PLG. Strong background in paid media and SEO/AEO is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing, with 3+ years SEO and practical AEO/GEO exposure.
• Proven multi-channel experience including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience in both B2B lead generation and PLG/self-serve models.
• Capability to craft AI/search-optimized content for visibility and citations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across search, social, programmatic and video.
• Own paid media mix from awareness to conversion with testing and optimization.
• Develop SEO/AEO strategies to improve rankings and organic signups.
• Collaborate with content, product and social teams to embed SEO/AEO best practices.
• Align paid and organic efforts; analyze data and adjust budget and channels.
