RavenPack is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing professional to drive paid campaigns and organic visibility. You’ll split time between performance marketing across search, social, programmatic and video, and SEO/AEO initiatives to boost organic reach and AI-powered awareness.

You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with sales-led and self-serve motions, and partner with RevOps and content teams to optimize conversion, sign-ups, and activations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on SEO with practical AEO/GEO exposure.
• Proven experience running multi-channel paid media across 3+ channels, with deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Direct experience in both sales-led B2B (lead generation, long sales cycles) and PLG, self-serve environments that acquire individual users at volume.
• Practical experience structuring content for AI search to earn visibility, citations, and recommendations.
• Confident, hands-on use of GA4, search console and SEO/AEO tools.
• Experience running A/B & multivariate testing frameworks in performance marketing.
• A record of managing significant budgets and optimizing to business metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Run paid campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic display and video and evaluate emerging paid placements (managing significant ad budgets).
• Own the paid media mix, from broad-reach awareness to tightly targeted conversion campaigns, building, testing, and optimizing every campaign yourself.
• Use account intent data, product signals, and competitive signals to sharpen targeting, including account‑based campaigns for priority accounts.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages, and channels.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure campaigns are tracked and measured against KPIs.
