Cognizant is seeking a Consultant Lead in Madrid to design and evolve complex payment product architectures for an international technology organization. You will apply extensive experience in payments platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions supporting strategic business growth.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model in Madrid. Experience required is 10-13 years in payments domain, with a focus on cards and payments.

Formación

• Deep hands-on experience in payments product architecture including transaction routing, authorization, risk checks and settlement across diverse channels.
• Ten to thirteen years in architecting complex enterprise-grade payment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end payment product architecture definition aligned with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations and performance objectives for global payment solutions.
• Design scalable and secure solution blueprints for payments processing covering authorization, clearing and settlement with high reliability.
• Guide product teams on decomposing payment product requirements into modular services developed, tested and deployed independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex payments needs into architectural decisions and technology roadmaps for future enhancements.
• Review designs to ensure adherence to architecture patterns, coding practices and integration standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and third-party payment services for architectural fit and long-term value.
