Job summary

Allianz Technology seeks a Patch Management Process Owner to govern the end-to-end patch lifecycle across IT assets. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely patching, risk-based prioritization, and strong cyber resilience.

The role emphasizes audit support, process automation, and governance in a regulated environment. You will report to the Operations domain and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams while driving improvements and metrics through Power BI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, vulnerability management, or security operations with patch management exposure.
• Strong analytical and risk-prioritization skills and structured communication.
• Ownership mindset with ability to influence across technical and governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve patch management processes, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for timely patching and remediation.
• Track, monitor, and report patch compliance to senior stakeholders and audit teams.
• Support audits with evidence of process adherence.
• Identify automation opportunities to speed patch deployment.
• Maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
• Escalate systemic risks or recurring non-compliance to stakeholders.
