Allianz Technology, a global IT service provider for Allianz, seeks an IT Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery within the BMP Retail scope. You will interface with senior stakeholders, oversee delivery quality and security, and manage budgets and timelines across internal and external partners.

• Proven experience as IT Delivery Lead or similar in complex enterprise settings.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or platform programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business/IT leaders.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices (CI/CD, QA, security).
• Budget, timeline, vendors, and risk management experience.
• Fluent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interface to BMP Retail and Allianz Technology leaders ensuring alignment.
• Lead technical delivery meeting quality, performance, and security requirements.
• Manage external delivery partners and adherence to standards.
• Own delivery budget, timelines, forecasts, and milestone control.
• Collaborate with Tribe Lead to plan costs for development, infra, vendors.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and impediments.
• Champion engineering practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
• Ensure governance and coordination across squads.
