Job summary

Allianz Services seeks an Information Security Functional Monitoring expert to steer, monitor, and assess security compliance across Allianz entities globally, with emphasis on application security, cryptography, network security, and cloud protection.

You will evaluate self-assessments, identify non-compliances, and provide SME guidance to strengthen controls in a multinational environment. Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across security domains and governance.
• Practical experience implementing ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Certifications such as CISM/CISA/CRISC/CISSP are a plus.
• Experience in large, international organizations and governance.
• Fluent English; another major language is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical findings into risk language for stakeholders.
• Experience with IT security audits and GRC tooling is beneficial.
• Project management experience in security projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with groups to govern Allianz entities per InfoSec policies.
• Review compliance self-assessments across entities with focus on controls.
• Monitor non-compliances and deficiencies, providing technical challenge.
• Act as SME in complex technical domains and mentor colleagues.
• Lead OE user-group discussions and share best practices.
• Support strategic InfoSec initiatives to enhance cyber resilience.
