Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking a Patch Management Process Owner to govern end-to-end patch management across the IT estate, ensuring proactive patching and rapid remediation of vulnerabilities. You will report on compliance, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive automation while aligning with DORA/NIS2 requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, vulnerability management, or security operations.
• Experience owning or contributing to patch/vulnerability management at scale.
• Strong reporting and governance with audits and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the patch management process, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for timely patching and remediation.
• Track and report patch compliance to senior stakeholders and audits; manage exceptions and risk acceptances.
