Hero Gaming Ltd in Marbella is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead paid social for our sweepstakes brands, with initial focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

You will build, manage and optimize campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with the Digital Acquisition Manager, designers and content teams, and drive performance through data-driven testing and optimization.

Experience in iGaming or high-volume B2C sectors is advantageous; the role is based in Marbella with an on-site requirement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused Meta/Facebook campaigns, ideally with lead generation or customer acquisition.
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including setting up accounts and campaigns from scratch.
• Strong experience running paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with Meta CAPI, pixels and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and/or analytics platforms such as PostHog.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership; collaborate with teams as needed.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage paid social campaigns for our sweepstakes brands, with a focus on Meta.
• Set up campaigns, audience targeting and creative testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and acquisition teams.
• Implement tracking integrations (Meta CAPI, pixels, SDKs) and ensure data quality.
