Phiture in Spain is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant, PM (Programmatic) to own day-to-day client relationships and steer programmatic media strategies for mobile apps. You’ll act as the technical lead in client communications, advising the Growth Lead on strategy and execution.

You’ll bring hands-on DSP campaign management, SKAN considerations, and deep analytics to optimize spend and creative performance, while guiding junior teammates and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in independent data interpretation and deriving insights from performance metrics.
• Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience.
• Strong written and verbal client communication and problem ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end programmatic campaign management and optimization.
• Lead client relationships and deliverables, including meetings.
• Explain issues with clear, data-driven reasoning.
• Analyze performance monthly and drive actionable recommendations.
• Guide junior team members while owning your accounts.
• Coordinate with creative teams on direction based on data.
