Personio is seeking a Product Owner for Procure-to-Pay to redefine how the finance function buys and pays. You will diagnose current pain points, drive a migration to Workday, and build automation at scale with AI support.

You’ll partner across Finance, Procurement, and tech teams, defining KPIs and guiding priorities during a critical transformation. You’ll work in our Madrid-based role, with a hybrid setup requiring two office days weekly.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Systems/Technical/Business Product Management, Finance Systems, or ERP implementation with Procure-to-Pay ownership.
• Led a system migration or major process re-engineering end-to-end, not just administration.
• Working knowledge of ERP/finance systems and integration with upstream/downstream processes.
• Awareness of AI tools and practical application in finance processes.

• Own the P2P roadmap from requisitioning to invoicing and payments, aligned with Finance leadership.
• Diagnose current P2P pain points and prioritize fixes with measurable impact.
• Evaluate and lead migration to a new platform (Workday) with build-vs-buy assessment.
• Drive automation across the P2P workflow with engineering partners.
• Apply AI pragmatically to improve invoice matching, anomaly detection, and docs.
• Bridge Finance, Procurement and technical teams translating needs into system requirements.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
