Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Amazon Transportation Services team in Getafe, Spain. You will own operational metrics, set strategy, and develop a large team of leaders to deliver for customers.

The role involves on-site leadership across multiple operational sites, with a focus on long-term objectives and contingency planning to ensure safety and productivity. You will manage and mentor team leaders, drive optimization initiatives, and work within a diverse, safety-first

Formación

• Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken, written, reading).
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, reading).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operational metrics and business performance.
• Contribute to planning the operational budget, including financial and labour planning.
• Protect high standards of operational Health and Safety.
• Strategic planning for 3, 6 and 12 months, with peak-season focus.
• Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance and developing teams.

Bachelor’s/Advanced/Master’s in Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing
