Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a Manager II, Operations to lead a team within our fulfillment network in Spain.

You will manage daily operations across your assigned area, drive performance through frontline leadership, and uphold the highest standards for safety and associate experience. You will use data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement process improvements that directly impact how we deliver for customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of frontline leaders and associates, creating development plans and feedback.
• Own safety outcomes for your area by modeling protocols and safety walks.
• Analyze operational data across shifts to identify trends and diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and learning teams to align site-wide goals.
• Plan staffing, resources, and processes to meet changing business demands.
