Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Sales Leader for onshore wind, based in Spain and working remotely. You will drive growth across Poland, the Baltic states, and Eastern Europe, building strategic customer relationships and leading end-to-end sales from engagement to order.

You will collaborate with commercial operations, engineering, finance, and project management to deliver competitive proposals, manage pricing and terms, and ensure customer satisfaction in an international, forward-looking

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent.
• Strong track record in sales and business development within wind power.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead onshore wind turbine sales across Poland, Baltic states and Eastern Europe.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and understand project pipelines.
• Provide commercial and technical guidance to customers and position wind products.
• Identify, develop, negotiate and close opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive proposals and optimize resources.
• Manage Inquiry-to-Order process, pricing, terms, risk and customer satisfaction.
