Job summary

Premier Research Group in Spain is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Oncology) to lead cross-functional global project teams and drive milestone delivery across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs. You will manage budgets, chair client meetings, support business development, and cultivate strong client relationships to generate future opportunities.

The role requires global experience, oncology expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in a science field with 5+ years of PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical/biological field or equivalent.
• 5+ years PM experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech/Specialty Pharma.
• Budget/financing/costing experience on a project level.
• Experience managing complex trials across phases and lifecycle.
• Global experience required.
• In-depth oncology therapeutic area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts of global project team across Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to support milestone achievement and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to budget and scope to realize project profitability.
• Ensure all tasks align with project plans and Premier Research processes.
• Serve as primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer and chair project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Assist in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future.
